## How the process works (5 steps)

1. **Choose a certification** from the catalog (IT, project management, AI, licensing, or WGU assessments) and contact CBTPROXY with the exam name.
2. **Confirm scope and schedule** via WhatsApp, Telegram, or email. Eligibility, prerequisites, and total cost are confirmed before the exam date. No service payment is due at this stage.
3. **Pre-exam technical check** — typically about 24 hours before the session, the team verifies device, network, and vendor requirements.
4. **Exam day** — the candidate completes vendor identity checks and remains present for the proctored session while CBTPROXY provides agreed remote exam assistance.
5. **Pay After Pass** — service fees are due within 24 hours of official pass confirmation. Multiple payment methods are accepted, including cryptocurrency for voucher orders.

## What CBTPROXY is not

- Not a brain-dump or leaked-question seller. Published pages contrast live assistance with outdated dump packs.
- Not a test-center impersonation service. Support is described only for online-proctored sessions.
- Not a university and not a certification body. WGU, PMI, CompTIA, and other vendors remain the credential issuers.
